Itinerary

Day 1Arrive in Sydney

Once you arrive in Sydney, Australia’s iconic capital city, you’ll have plenty of time to get settled into your hotel and start exploring the city at your own pace. 

Day 2Blue Mountains Tour

Today your holiday will officially start with a guided excursion to the world famous, UNESCO listed Blue Mountains where you’ll have plenty of time to explore the amazing scenery before heading back to Sydney by ferry.

You’ll visit Scenic World, with its adrenaline pumping collection of cable cars, scenic railways and skyways, as well as the Three Sisters lookout point which is a fantastic location for getting that perfect holiday photo.

Day 3The Rocks & Sydney Opera House

Today you’ll start the morning off with a hop-on hop-off bus tour of Sydney itself that will take you past all the city’s iconic landmarks while providing an entertaining commentary on their history.

Next, you’ll head off on a walking tour of The Rocks, Sydney’s oldest and most historical neighborhood. Learn more about how the city was founded and how people lived back in the old days.

The final tour of the day will be Sydney Opera House, one of the most iconic buildings in the world. Your guide will explain how it became such a famous landmark as you explore the endless rooms and corridors hidden away from public view.

Day 4Bondi Beach

Today you’ll be taking advantage of the hop-on hop-off bus service again, and this time you’ll be visiting Australia’s most famous swimming, surfing, and sunbathing location, Bondi Beach.

You’ll have the entire day to relax and build up your tan amongst the countless tourists and locals who all flock to this famous spot which encapsulates the ultimate Australian experience.

Day 5Sydney Harbour & Taronga Zoo

Today you’ll be visiting Taronga Zoo, one of Sydney’s primary animal sanctuaries. You’ll reach the zoo via a ferry which takes you out of Sydney’s iconic harbor and past many of the city’s top landmarks.

Once you arrive at Taronga Zoo you can explore the themed areas including Wild Australia, Wild Asia, and The Great Southern Oceans, each home to a whole host of animals and sea creatures.

Day 6Travel to Melbourne

Today you’ll travel by plane to Melbourne. When you arrive you’ll again have the rest of the day to get settled into your hotel and explore the city. 

Day 7Visit Yarra Valley

Today you’ll enjoy a full day tour of Yarra Valley including lunch and a luxury wine tasting experience. The day will start with travelling to Yarra Valley where you’ll explore four different wineries; Greenstone, Balgownie Estate, Yering Farm and Soumah.

You’ll get to sample a range of different wines as you learn more about the production process as well as the art of wine tasting.

Day 8River Cruise & Sports Museum

Today you’ll be exploring more of Melbourne, this time by way of a luxury river cruise where you can see the city’s highlights from a whole new perspective. You’ll travel past some of the most famous landmarks all while getting the chance to relax in the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze.

Later, you’ll head to the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) for a behind-the-scenes tour before finishing the day with a visit to Australia’s famous sports museum to learn more about the country’s important sporting heritage.

Day 9 Great Ocean Road & Otway Rainforest

Today you’ll be traveling the Great Ocean Road by coach on your way to explore the stunning rainforest of Otway National Park. You’ll leave from Melbourne and cross the famous Westgate Bridge, the longest bridge in Australia, before continuing your journey past more iconic landmarks.

From Apollo Bay to Kennett River and more, there are plenty of photo opportunities along the Great Ocean Road, making the journey to Otway National Park even better.

Day 10Phillip Island Penguin Parade

Today is all about Australia’s famous wildlife. You’ll get to visit the Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park as well as the delightful penguin parade on Phillip Island.

Throughout the tour you’ll get to see these wonderful creatures up close, you’ll even have the chance to hand feed the friendly kangaroos and wallabies in the Moonlit Sanctuary Park.

Day 11Travel to Cairns

Today you’ll take a plane from Melbourne to the coastal city of Cains. Enjoy even more beautiful beaches and endless surfing and swimming opportunities.

Day 12 Great Barrier Reef Scuba Diving

Today you’ll visit another one of Australia’s world-famous attractions, the incredible Great Barrier Reef. You’ll have the opportunity to swim, dive or snorkel around the reef or simply sunbathe aboard the comfortable catamaran and enjoy the view.

You’ll also learn more about coral reefs and the marine life that lives in them from the onboard experts and instructors via video guides and talks.

Day 13 Daintree Rainforest & Mossman Gorge

Today you’ll enjoy an action-packed, adventurous itinerary that will take you through stunning scenery and natural wonders. Your first stop will be Mossman Gorge, a hidden spot carved out over many decades and is home to the Kuku Yalji people

Next, you’ll head to Daintree Rainforest where expert guides will take you on an informative tour of this vast ecosystem. You’ll encounter all kinds of flora and fauna as you traverse this unique landscape and take in the lush, picturesque scenery.

Day 14Atherton Wilderness Tour

Today you’ll be exploring another unique Australian landscape, the Atherton Wilderness, along with plenty of scenic spots around it.

You’ll explore everywhere from the famous Wooroonooran National Park to the countless waterfalls including Millaa Millaa Falls and Josephine Falls and Lake Eacham where you can swim in the crystal clear blue water.

Day 15Depart from Cairns

Today will be the final day of your holiday. You’ll leave from Cairns with plenty of photos to share and stories to tell when you get home.
