Every penny you pay to us goes straight into a ‘trust’ bank account which we can’t touch until you get back from holiday (unless we take out insurance to cover your booking). This ensures your money is always protected in case ourselves or any of our suppliers should fall into difficulty. We have an ATOL license (ATOL number 12066) & are a member of Protected Trust Services (PTS number 5696).
When you add on our travel insurance, this includes covid cover as standard. This insures you in case you get covid in the 14 days before departure, or if you catch it when abroad it covers your medical & repatriation expenses.
At Touring Highlights we understand that life can get in the way sometimes. If you need to amend your booking, you can do so, up to 1 month prior to departure. No need to worry about the hassle of changing your plans either, we will go through the whole process for you. Amendment fees are £30 per person plus supplier fees and any differences in price
We believe you should get the best deal out there and believe in our products. If there’s a company offering the same quality on a similar product, but at a cheaper price, we will match it.
