Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival

Once you arrive and get settled in, you’ll enjoy a relaxing sightseeing cruise on the Vistula River (if your plane lands late in the day, you can take the cruise on Day 4 in the morning instead.)

The cruise allows you to see some of Krakow’s most beautiful landmarks from a new perspective. Simply relax and take in the sights as they pass by, including the Six Bridges, the Skatka Church, the Norbertine Monastery, and the Royal Wawel Castle.

Day 2Auschwitz Guided Tour

Today you’ll go on a guided tour of the infamous Auschwitz Concentration Camp. This somber tour truly brings history to life as you walk through the original building and grounds.

Your guide will take you around the barracks, watchtowers, crematoriums, and memorial sites. Along with the tragedies, you’ll also learn the stories of those who survived the camp and went on to live inspiring lives.

Day 3Oskar Schindler’s Factory Tour and Krakow Walking Tour

You may already be familiar with Oskar Schindler from the Academy Award-winning film Schindler’s List. The Schindler’s Factory Tour shows you around the real-life factory site and has lots of exhibitions dedicated to showing visitors what everyday life was like for people during WWII.

Your second tour of the day is the Krakow Old Town Walking Tour which will show you around the city’s historic district on foot. You’ll learn more about the city’s history as well as its many UNESCO-listed monuments.

Day 4Departure

This is the last day of your holiday, but if you have a later flight, why not take advantage of the free time and explore even more of Krakow? At an additional cost, there are plenty of places to visit. Some of our top recommendations include:

The Rynek Underground Museum is devoted to stories of local legends, myths, fables, and secrets.

A Chopin Piano Recital at Chopin Hall is another excellent choice, you can enjoy a glamorous music evening in one of the city’s finest concert halls.
